I am a current TRIB3R (TRIB3 Customer) can I use my studio session credits for TRIB3 Live?

TRIB3 sessions are priced very differently to TRIB3 Live which is a monthly subscription-based platform. Subscribing monthly means you have full access to our online library of over 150 workouts with new workouts dropping every week along with the ability to use our live tracking feature so you can train with your favourite coaches with full visibility of your effort on a single device.

How do I subscribe to TRIB3 Live?

You can subscribe directly from our website trib3live.com to start your free trial immediately. You can access workouts directly from here using our ‘web player,’ however to optimise your experience with our live heart rate tracking feature, we recommend downloading the TRIB3 SWEAT app from the App or Play Store.

I am a TRIB3 Live subscriber, how do I access the TRIB3 Live on-demand library on my mobile or tablet?

If you have never used the TRIB3 SWEAT app, you will need to download from the App or Play Store and register. If you are a studio TRIB3R we recommend that you use the same email address as the one you have registered in-store. Click on the TRIB3 Live option on the main app navigation and click ‘LOGIN’. Once you have logged in, select EXPLORE WORKOUTS and you can choose from over 150 workouts anytime, anywhere. When you select a workout, as long as your device is in range, you’ll see the option to start tracking live.

If I subscribe, how much notice do I have to give to cancel?

TRIB3 Live has been designed to give you ultimate flexibility therefore you can cancel whenever you like from your account on trib3live.com. Cancellations are not possible from the TRIB3 SWEAT app and email requests are not accepted. Please ensure you cancel at least five working days before your next payment is due otherwise we cannot guarantee the funds will not be taken.

I train at a TRIB3 studio, does TRIB3 Live complement this?

There is no replacement for our in-studio workout-experience (it is next-level after all), therefore we have designed TRIB3 Live to supplement this with a variety of workouts from HIIT and Resistance to guided stretching and mobility - with a selection of 15, 25 and 40 minute sessions available.

I am having difficulty accessing logging into TRIB3 Live within the SWEAT app

You can reset your password by clicking “Forgot Password?” and following the instructions within the follow up email.

Workouts and Tracking

Is TRIB3 Live suitable for all fitness levels?

TRIB3 workouts are designed to be intensive but they are always really inclusive you set your limits and we’ll push you to be your best. Workouts include progressions and regressions for the different movements so you can adapt your session to suit you. When using our heart rate monitor and tracking system, your maximum heart rate is calculated on your personal metrics and our target training zone, the ‘SWEAT Zone’, is 80% - 92% of heart rate, making it attainable whatever your level. This heart rate zone maximises the after-burn effect so you can continue burning calories even after the session.

Do I have to track my heart rate to have a TRIB3 Live subscription?

No, our live heart rate tracking feature is completely optional meaning that all you need is a subscription to get started. The coach’s heart rate is on the screen so that you can monitor their effort live. We do recommend you wear a heart rate monitor to get the full experience as most sessions are built around driving your heart rate up into the coveted SWEAT Zone where your training is most efficient (80% - 92% of max heart rate). It’s not mandatory to wear a heart rate monitor for any of our sessions, we just really advise it as it’ll heighten your motivation, push you to push yourself and ensure you have data on your progress and achievements. Using our SWEAT BAND heart rate monitor (or an Accuro HRM306) means you can connect with our custom SWEAT app which safely stores all your data in personal performance dashboards, whilst also allowing you to track your workout in real-time and connect with your favourite coaches and the community.

What is the SWEAT Zone?

At TRIB3 we measure your heart rate in four zones with a focus on the active zones: blue, gold (SWEAT) and red. You’ll spend time in all three of these zones but we encourage all TRIB3Rs, where possible, to aim for 80% – 92% of their maximum heart rate, otherwise known as the SWEAT Zone. The SWEAT Zone is a sustainable intensity for all fitness levels and will best promote the afterburn effect, meaning you’ll continue to burn calories at a much higher rate long after the workout has finished.

What devices are compatible with the SWEAT app and live heart rate tracking feature?

SWEAT BAND and the Accuro HRM306 are the only devices compatible with the SWEAT app.

Can I wear a heart rate monitor if I have a heart condition?

We recommend that any TRIB3R with a heart condition / on medication consult their GP before using the SWEAT BAND or any heart rate monitor.

When I order online, how quickly will I receive my SWEAT BAND?

We aim to deliver your SWEAT BAND within 7-10 working days. Currently we only deliver to UK, but you can buy devices in TRIB3 stores across UK & Spain with further stock-holding locations coming soon.

What do I do if my SWEAT BAND is late or hasn’t arrived?

If your SWEAT BAND is still not with you after 10 working days, please email support@trib3.co.uk, stating your order date and full name and we will look into this for you.

Does the SWEAT BAND come with a warranty?

The SWEAT BAND comes with the following warranty:
We warrant that this product will be free from material defects for 90 days commencing in each case on the date the product is put into shipment to you:
The warranty does not apply to any defect in the products arising from: (a) normal wear and tear; (b) wilful damage, abnormal or improper use, storage or working conditions, accident, negligence by you or by any third party; (c) if you fail to operate or use the products in accordance with the user instructions; (d) any alteration or repair by you or by a third party; or (e) any specification provided by you. Additionally, the warranty does not apply to (i) consumables, such as replaceable batteries; (ii) any product which has been opened or tampered with (except to replace batteries); or (iii) any product with an illegible serial number.
If products fail to comply with the warranty above, your sole option is to return the products to us for repair or replacement. Before returning any products, please request a return authorisation number by emailing support@trib3.co.uk. We may reject any returned product that is not in its original packaging and marked with a return authorisation number.

What happens if I want a refund for my SWEAT BAND?

We have a general 'no refunds' policy as once the order has been placed, the costs to fulfil it have already been incurred. However, we will always be mindful of TRIB3R’s individual situation and try to make exceptions where fair and required. Devices that are found to be faulty should be returned to your nearest TRIB3 studio – if your band is not working correctly, we will replace it for you. If you do not live near a TRIB3 studio, please contact support@trib3.co.uk for further assistance.

Problems with TRIB3 Live Tracking

I am having trouble connecting my SWEAT BAND to the SWEAT app

Here are some steps to follow to assist you in pairing:

  • You must be wearing the device correctly in order to transmit a signal to your device.
  • SWEAT BAND devices pair using Bluetooth, so please ensure that this is enabled on your phone or tablet.
  • For battery powered devices, please try replacing the battery and for rechargeable ones, please ensure that it is fully charged.
  • Check to ensure you are using the latest version of the SWEAT app on App or Play Store.
  • Close the app and restart your device If the problem persists you can contact support@trib3.co.uk or visit your local TRIB3 store for further support.
The workout video has frozen, what should I do?

A stable 4G / WiFi connection is required for uninterrupted TRIB3 Live workouts. We recommend keeping your device in a fixed position from start to finish to support this.

I am wearing my heart rate monitor but it is not showing on my SWEAT app

Here are some steps to follow to assist you:

  • Click on the MORE footer menu and check that your heart rate monitor is showing as connected.
  • Check that Bluetooth is enabled on your device or tablet.
  • You must be wearing the device correctly in order to transmit a signal to your device.
  • For battery powered devices, please try replacing the battery and for rechargeable ones, please ensure that it is fully charged.
  • Check to ensure you are using the latest version of the SWEAT app on App or Play Store.
  • Close the app and restart.
  • Restart your phone or tablet.

Social Newsfeed

How do I access the Newsfeed?

Open the TRIB3 SWEAT app and click the CONNECT tab on the footer menu. Here you will see any workouts you have shared along with workouts completed by your friends.

How do I connect with my friends and start seeing their workouts?

You will need to click the CONNECT menu followed by FRIENDS on the header. From here you can search for them by name or email address providing they are registered within the SWEAT app. Once accepted, their workouts will appear on your newsfeed and you will be able to celebrate, like, love and comment.

How do I update my preferences?

You will need to click on the cog in the top right corner of the display to open the preference centre. From here you can enable / disable the following options:

  • Share my workouts automatically to newsfeed.
  • Share my SWEAT points to TRIB3 leaderboards (coming soon!).
  • Enable push notifications.
Can I hide alerts from someone I have friended?

Yes, simply click the three dots next to one of their posts and select hide alerts from this person.
